Folgard drug interaction?By L.Danner from Crest Hill, IL on November 03, 2005 Category: Folgard (Oral) My husband is taking folgard- 2 capsules per day. 1 in the a.m., 1 in the p.m. He is also taking the following medications: Cartia XT (180 Mg.-2 times/day); Zestril (5 mg.-2 times/day); Klonopin (0.25 mg.-2 times/day); Rythmol (150 mg.-2 times/day); Altoprev (60 mg.-1 time/day); and Protonix (1 time/day). For the past 4-5 months, he has been experiencing bouts of dizziness, lightheadiness, and his blood pressure goes from 100/50 to 139/85 throughout the course of each day. Sometimes he feels like he's just going to pass out totally. None of his 4 doctors can seem to pinpoint what is causing the problem, but they all seem to think that it has something to do with his medications. Could you PLEASE offer us some help in determining what drug might be causing his symptoms??? ANY insight/information/direction you can give us would be so VERY appreciated. Thanks for your time.
