Can you take Phentermine and SSRI's together?By Jill P from Houston, Tx on November 03, 2005 Category: PHENTERMINE (Oral) (Tablet) I was wondering if you can take Phentermine and Lexapro together. I did a check for it in the phamaceutical monographs for these two drugs and it said that Phentermine HCl and Lexapro may interact based on the potential interaction between PHENTERMINE and any number of SSRI'S. The interaction listed is under "serious" ( There are 3 catagories: Severe, Serious, Moderate.) It also says that these 2 medicines may interact and cause very harmful effects. Does anyone know of any other interactions with Phentermine and Lexapro or any other SSRI's? |
