neck starts to hurt, then face turns red, then headache starts.

I am a 50 yr. old man. For about a year now my face will turn red and feel warm. Shortly after my neck will start hurting. Sometimes its pain, other times it feels stiff. Shortly after I will get a headache. Shortly means within minutes. This is a daily occurrance. Mostly in the evening.
